The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.
Tariffs for the apartment are ( €140,- / €165,- per night (depending on the season).
Minimum stay is 3 to 6 nights (also depending on the season).
Tourist tax is € 3,40 per person per night.
The booking is only final once 70% of the total amount is transferred within one week of the reservation. The second and final payment (30%) must be paid 3 weeks before the start of the rental period. For bookings where the rental period starts within 3 weeks, the total rental amount must be paid in one go. All bank transaction costs are on behalf of the tenant.
Cancellation policy:
If there is a cancellation by the tenant, the owner is entitled to the following compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing (can also be done digitally).
– Cancellation is free up to 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival.
– Thereafter 70% of the total rental amount.
